FAQ
- Leases are for one (1) year.
- Most leases start mid- to late-August; exceptions are noted.
- A security deposit is typically due at lease signing; payment options are available.
- All potential residents must submit an online housing application for review and approval.
- Rent payments for August and the following summer (June and July) are due by the first day of August prior to the move-in date.
- A joint check-in inspection is required prior to the resident(s) taking occupancy. This joint inspection occurs on the start date listed on the first page of the lease.
- Animals are not allowed at any time. This includes visitation or sitting.
- You are responsible for turning on the utilities on the start date of your lease, except when utilities are included in the monthly rent installments. The lease will indicate if any utilities are included.
- Many of our locations have off-street parking or some off-street parking available along with permit parking.
